2024-International-Workboat-Show

It’s hard to believe that the 2024 International WorkBoat Show has already come and gone! For all of us at Seacoast, this year’s event was an incredible experience, and we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to everyone who made it so memorable.

A Big Thank You to All Who Stopped By Booth 1511

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to visit us at Booth 1511. Whether you’re a long-time partner, a valued vendor, or someone we had the pleasure of meeting for the first time, it was truly a highlight of the event to connect with such a diverse and engaged group of industry professionals. The WorkBoat Show is always an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and build new relationships. This year’s event was no exception. We were able to discuss the latest innovations in the maritime industry, explore new technologies, and showcase Seacoast's commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Meet the Team Behind the Success

None of this would have been possible without our incredible onsite team. A special shout-out goes to: Cory Mondschein, MBA, Peter Fago, Caroline Varnadore, PMP, and Steven Ferrer. Their deep industry knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were a driving force behind the success of our presence at the show. We are incredibly proud of the work they do every day, and their efforts truly made an impact at WorkBoat.

Looking Ahead: Mark Your Calendar for 2025!

As the dust settles from this year’s event, we’re already looking ahead to the 2025 International WorkBoat Show! Make sure to mark your calendars for December 3-5, 2025. We can’t wait to return to New Orleans and continue the conversations we started this year. Until next time, thank you again to everyone who made the 2024 International WorkBoat Show so special. We look forward to seeing you in 2025!

What a fantastic day we had at Seacoast's 22nd Annual Golf Tournament on October 10th in beautiful Portsmouth, VA! The sun was shining and the energy on the course was electric. It was a wonderful mix of familiar faces and new friends, all gathered to celebrate our love for the game and our commitment to giving back.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our amazing sponsors whose unwavering support made this event possible. Your generosity ensures that we can continue hosting such special occasions year after year. We also want to extend a huge thank you to all the participants who joined us on the course. Your enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and friendly competition truly made the day unforgettable.

This year, we’re especially proud to share that a portion of the proceeds from the tournament will be donated to a local charity. It's always our goal to give back to the community that supports us, and with your help, we’re able to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. Together, we’re not just playing golf; we’re creating lasting, positive change in Virginia and beyond.

As we reflect on such a successful day, we’re already looking forward to many more years of great golf, good company, and community impact. Here's to next year—until then, may your drives be straight and your putts true! Thank you again for making this event so special. See you next time!

In late May, Seacoast was proud to be a part of the 2024 Hearts for Heroes Fishing Trip. For over a decade, we've championed this incredible cause, offering wounded, injured, and ill veterans a chance to heal and connect on the Chesapeake Bay.

What is Hearts for Heroes?

Hearts for Heroes provides veterans and their caregivers with the opportunity to join free half-day or full-day fishing excursions. It's a chance to unwind, bond with fellow veterans, and find strength in shared experiences.

Seacoast Salutes Shared Sacrifice

As pioneers of naval and shipboard cable for over 70 years, Seacoast understands the importance of camaraderie among our nation's heroes. This commitment is personal – many of our management and staff are veterans themselves. Their service fuels our understanding of the challenges faced by veterans, making our support for Hearts for Heroes even more meaningful.

The Impact Continues: Donate Today

While the 2024 Hearts for Heroes Fishing Trip has concluded, your support can still make a difference. Visit the Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads donation page (link included below) to make a one-time contribution. You can even choose to cover processing fees, ensuring more of your donation directly benefits our heroes. Learn More

Seacoast Attended Sea-Air-Space, Engaging With Industry Leaders & Innovators

Published on May 20, 2024

In Mid-April, Seacoast, always committed to excellence, navigated the bustling floor of Sea-Air-Space, the flagship maritime exposition hosted by the Navy League of the United States since 1965. Amidst a sea of industry leaders, defense innovators, and military decision-makers, Seacoast's own Cory Mondschein strolled the halls, connecting with industry leaders and gaining valuable insights into the forefront of maritime excellence. This annual event unites the U.S. defense industrial base, leading private-sector entities, and influential military decision-makers from the sea services for a dynamic exchange of ideas and opportunities. From guided VIP tours to dynamic keynote presentations, every moment at Sea-Air-Space offered a glimpse into the latest advancements shaping the future of maritime defense. Every interaction reinforced Seacoast's dedication to driving maritime superiority into the next era.
